Privacy Policy
Last Updated: April 28, 2026
Welcome to the website ("Website") operated by B2B Strategist, LLC, doing business as American Gold and Silver Plans ("American Gold and Silver Plans," "we," "us," or "our"). We understand that you may be concerned about our collection, use, and disclosure of your information. Accordingly, we have implemented this Privacy Policy ("Policy") to describe the types of information that we collect, what we do with it, how we protect it, and when we disclose it to third parties. California residents should also note the section below entitled "Summary of Rights for California Residents Under the California Consumer Privacy Act."
How Do You Agree To The Policy?
This Policy is a part of and subject to the Terms of Service ("TOS"). Accordingly, when you enter into the TOS, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree that we can collect, use, and disclose your information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree or are not comfortable with any part of this Policy, you should not agree to the TOS (including this Policy) and you may not use the Website.
How and When is the Policy Updated?
We may, but are not obligated to, update this Policy from time to time. Accordingly, you should periodically check the Website for any changes. We reserve the right to amend this Policy at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes to this Policy, we will post the updated notice on the Website and update the Policy's effective date. Your continued use of our Website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
What Categories of Information Are Collected?
Personal Information: We collect information that can be used to identify you personally ("personal information"), such as your first and last name, mailing address, billing address, telephone number, email address, communication preference, and credit card (or other payment account) information.
Other Information: We also collect information that cannot be used to easily identify you, such as information about your computer hardware and software.
Offline Collection, Use & Disclosure: We also collect some personal information offline, and we protect the privacy of that personal information as well. When someone communicates with us offline, such as by telephone, we will ask for personal information in order to place the order, answer questions or otherwise respond to inquiries, and establish a customer account. Customer order information may be stored in our customer database(s). Personal information may also be obtained by us through customer wire instructions, checks, or correspondence. We treat offline collection, uses, and disclosures of customer personal information in the same manner as our online policies.
How Do We Collect and Use This Information?
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you use the Website or contact us offline. For example, if you purchase a product from the Website or by calling us, we will collect any information you provide in any such transaction. We use your personal information primarily for our internal purposes, such as providing, maintaining, evaluating, and improving the Website, evaluating and fulfilling requests for purchases, and conducting follow-up communications with customers and prospects who have requested information.
Like the operators of most websites, we may use tracking software and similar technology that automatically collects information about your computer hardware and software, and your use of the Website. This information may be used by us for the operation of the Website and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Website.
Cookies are bits of electronic information that a website can transfer to a visitor's device to help tailor and keep records of his or her visit. Although most web browsers automatically accept cookies, you can usually change your browser to prevent or notify you whenever you are sent a cookie. If you set your browser such that it does not accept cookies, you may not be able to access certain features on the Website.
We also collect information regarding the delivery of advertisements through the use of "tracking pixels" or "beacons." A tracking pixel is a transparent graphic image, typically 1 pixel x 1 pixel, that is placed on a web page and, in combination with a cookie, enables the collection of information regarding use of that web page. We use tracking pixels to determine when an advertisement has been clicked or otherwise interacted with, and use that information to improve our marketing.
We do not respond to "do not track" signals from web browsers.
Mobile Phone Numbers and SMS Communications
When you provide your mobile phone number on a Website form and check the SMS consent checkbox, you authorize us to send you transactional and account-related text messages from American Gold and Silver Plans. Messages may include responses to your Guide request, consultation scheduling, follow-up communications, and account notifications related to your inquiry or transactions with us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of services we provide to you (such as customer relationship management, messaging delivery infrastructure, or fraud prevention) is permitted, but those subcontractors are contractually required to protect your information and may not use it for their own marketing purposes.
Opting In: You may opt in to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent checkbox on a Website form, by providing verbal consent during a phone call with a member of our team, or by replying with a confirmation keyword to a confirmation text. Opting in is not required to receive a Guide, place an order, open an account, or otherwise do business with us.
Opting Out: You can cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will not send further messages. To rejoin, you may opt in again through any of the methods above.
Help and Support: Reply HELP to any of our text messages, or contact us by phone at 1-888-688-6991 or by email at contact@americangoldandsilverplans.com for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message Frequency and Rates: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and ongoing communications with our team. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier with questions about your text or data plan.
For complete details about our text messaging program, please refer to our Mobile Terms of Service.
How Do We Keep Your Personal Information Secure?
We protect your personal information using appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access and disclosure. These measures include physical security designed to prevent unauthorized access to servers where personal data is stored, and ongoing internal reviews of our data collection, storage, and sharing practices. We only maintain your credit card or other payment account information for as long as necessary to process your payment.
Access to your personal information is restricted to our employees, contractors, and agents who need to access such information to provide our services. We make use of your personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with this Policy.
When Will We Disclose Your Personal Information?
Generally, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as set forth below.
Service Providers: We may disclose your personal information to third-party service providers who help us provide or maintain the Website, including CRM hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, analytics, payment processing, and shipping. We require by contract that these service providers implement and maintain reasonable practices to protect your personal information.
Trust Companies and IRA Custodians: If you elect to open a Gold IRA, we share information you direct us to share with the trust company or IRA custodian solely to facilitate establishment of your account.
Legal Compliance: We will disclose your personal information without your consent to prevent an emergency, to protect or enforce our rights, to protect against fraud, to protect or enforce the rights of a third party, or as required or permitted by law (including, without limitation, to comply with a subpoena or court order).
Successors: We may disclose your personal information to any actual or potential successor-in-interest, such as a company seeking to acquire us.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Can You Review and Change Your Personal Information?

We are not targeting the Website to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not contact us, attempt to access or use the Website, or submit any information to us. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.
