These Mobile Terms of Service ("Mobile Terms") govern your participation in the American Gold and Silver Plans text messaging program (the "Program"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these Mobile Terms.

Program Description

The American Gold and Silver Plans SMS Program is a transactional and customer-care text messaging service. Through the Program, we send text messages to individuals who have provided their phone number and explicit consent through our website forms or other opt-in methods.

Messages sent through the Program may include: responses to Gold IRA Guide and Direct Delivery Guide requests; consultation scheduling and appointment reminders; follow-up communications related to your inquiry; order status and account notifications; and customer service replies.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to the Program by: submitting a form on our website (americangoldandsilverplans.com) and checking the box authorizing SMS communications; providing verbal consent during a phone call with a member of our team; or replying with a confirmation keyword to a text message confirmation request from us.

Opting in to the Program is not required to receive a Guide, place an order, open an account, or otherwise do business with American Gold and Silver Plans.

How to Opt Out

After you send the message STOP to us, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the nature of your inquiry and ongoing communications with our team. You will typically receive between 1 and 10 messages per month, though frequency may be higher when you are actively engaged in a Guide request, consultation, or transaction.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Supported Carriers

The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and many regional carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to participate in the Program. By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder for the mobile phone number provided, or that you have permission from the account holder to enroll the number.

Privacy

Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates.

Changes to These Mobile Terms

We may modify or cancel the Program or these Mobile Terms at any time, with or without notice. The Last Updated date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued participation in the Program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Mobile Terms.
